The Boston Herald carried this article where Lubin & Meyer was able to obtain a $1.25 million settlement for a Nashua, NH, couple after the husband's donor kidney failed a week after the transplant. The suit named three doctors and a nurse at a Boston hospital and arguments would have claimed "understaffing, rookie doctors-in-training and chain-of-command breakdowns," led to the donor kidney failing a week after the transplant.
