The
Boston Herald carried this article on September 18, 2006, about a Bedford, NH family who filed a medical malpractice lawsuit against a doctor and nurse after their son suffered injuries at birth resulting in brain damage. The family, represented by attorneys from
Lubin & Meyer, was awarded $5 million to pay for his long term care. According to the article, the boy has "severe cerebral palsy his parents contend was caused by his stressful, oxygen-deprived delivery."
